He also discussed the impact of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and how funding will be used to expand programs in transportation, broadband, energy, resiliency, and water projects.

    “We ended 2021 with a bright light. I’m proud of the record we have, we have a bright future, and it’s an exciting time to be in Schenectady,” said Mayor McCarthy.
